How We Make Sublimated Jerseys and Teamwear
Most of our work is custom sportswear for brands, clubs and distributors. These are the decisions that decide how a kit looks, fits and lasts, and how we handle each one before your bulk order starts.
Artwork set up for the pattern
Sublimated designs are printed onto flat fabric before cutting, so we place your artwork on each pattern piece. That is how stripes line up across seams and crests sit where you expect on every size.
Colour approved on the real fabric
The same colour prints differently on mesh, interlock and stretch fabrics. Give us Pantone references and approve colour on the sample, made on the fabric you are ordering.
Fabric chosen for the sport
Lightweight mesh for basketball and running, durable knits for rugby and contact sports, stretch blends for training and compression. Tell us the sport and how the kit is used, and we suggest fabric and GSM.
Patterns, grading and fit
We work from your size chart or a reference garment, grade it across youth and adult sizes, and check measurements on the sample before bulk starts.
Names, numbers and sponsors
Player names, numbers and sponsor logos can be sublimated, heat-applied, embroidered or cut as tackle twill. Send your roster as a spreadsheet so every piece is checked against it.
Repeat orders that match
For reorders and new players, we work from your approved sample and artwork files so new pieces match the first run. Your designs are never shown or sold to anyone else.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from just 30 pieces per design, making us ideal for startups, gyms, clubs and growing clothing brands in the USA, UK and Europe.
Do you offer private label and OEM clothing manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture to your design with your logo, custom woven labels, hang tags and branded packaging — fully private label and OEM.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We create a pre-production sample for your approval so you can check fit, fabric and branding before bulk production starts. 50% of the sample fee is credited to your bulk order.
How long does sampling and production take?
Samples typically take 8–10 days depending on the item. Bulk production takes 14–16 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and customisation.
Do you offer DDP shipping to the USA, UK, Canada and Europe?
Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door shipping to most countries, including the USA, UK, Canada and Europe — import duties and customs clearance are handled for you, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Australia and New Zealand orders ship door to door, with import duties paid by the buyer on arrival. DDP to Canada is available. Ask us to confirm the terms for your country.
What fabrics do you work with?
Cotton jersey, French terry, fleece, heavyweight cotton, polyester, nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex performance fabrics, mesh, ripstop, pearl weave for BJJ gis, satin for fight shorts, softshell and insulated fabrics for outerwear. On request, we can source OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified fabrics from certified mills and share the mill’s certificate with your order.
Can I send my own tech pack or design?
Absolutely. Send your tech pack, sketch or even a reference photo — our team will help develop it, and design support is free.
Do you allow third-party quality inspection?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to arrange independent inspection through SGS, Intertek, QIMA or their own agent before shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
