These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of pextonapparel.com and to all quotations and orders placed with Pexton Apparel. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Specific details for each order (price, quantities, specifications, payment schedule and delivery) are set out in our written quotation and order confirmation, which take priority where they differ from these general terms.
1. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information you provide (design, fabric, quantity, branding and destination) and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices may change if specifications, quantities or material costs change.
2. Minimum Order Quantity
Our standard minimum order quantity starts from 30 pieces per design, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Samples
Pre-production samples are made for your approval before bulk production. Sample timelines (typically 5–10 days depending on the item) and any sample charges are confirmed in your quotation. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample in writing.
4. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed when you accept our order confirmation and the agreed payment (or deposit) is received. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram and Remitly. Bank, transfer and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the payer unless agreed otherwise.
5. Production and Delivery
Bulk production typically takes 10–12 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and customisation. All timelines are estimates and may be affected by changes to the order, material availability or events beyond our control. Shipping times depend on the method and destination.
6. Your Designs and Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks and designs you send us. You remain the owner of your designs; we use them only to produce your order and keep them confidential. We may decline any order that we believe infringes another party’s rights.
7. Quality and Inspection
Goods are produced to match the approved sample within normal manufacturing tolerances. You are welcome to arrange third-party inspection (for example SGS, Intertek or QIMA) before shipment.
8. Claims
Please inspect goods on arrival and report any defect or shortage in writing with photos as soon as possible and within the period stated in your order confirmation. Valid claims for manufacturing defects will be resolved by repair, replacement or credit as agreed.
9. Duties and Taxes
Where your quotation is on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, import duties and customs clearance are included in the quoted price. Otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Website Use
Content on this website (text, images and design) belongs to Pexton Apparel unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission. Product images are representative; final products follow your approved sample.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
