Small Club Orders Welcome
A 30-piece minimum per design means a single team can order a full kit. Mix youth and adult sizes, and add player names and numbers.
Bulk Capacity for Brands
We handle 500 to 5,000 pieces per order. That suits league-wide kit deals, school programmes and brands restocking best-selling styles.
Unlimited Colours with Sublimation
Sublimated designs have no extra cost per colour. Gradients, patterns and sponsor logos are dyed into the fabric, so they will not crack, peel or fade in the wash.
Your Brand, Not Ours
Private label is standard: woven or printed neck labels, size labels, swing tags and branded polybags. Nothing from Pexton appears on the garment.
Easy Re-orders
Every approved design, size breakdown and fabric spec is kept on file. Adding new players mid-season or re-ordering next year takes one message.
Duties-Paid Delivery
DDP shipping by express courier to the USA, UK, Ireland and most of Europe, door-to-door delivery to Australia and New Zealand (duties paid by the buyer), and DDP to Canada on request. The price we quote includes duties, so there are no surprise charges at the door.

Custom Sportswear Questions
What is your minimum order for custom team uniforms?
30 pieces per design. Sizes, player names and numbers can be mixed within that quantity, so one team can order a complete kit.
How long does a custom sportswear order take?
A physical sample is ready in 8–10 days. Bulk production then typically takes 10–12 days after you approve the sample, followed by express shipping. Tell us your season start date and we will plan backwards from it.
Can you add player names and numbers?
Yes. Send a roster with each player’s name, number and size. We apply them by sublimation, heat transfer or tackle twill, depending on the sport and fabric.
Do you make sportswear for brands to sell under their own label?
Yes. Private label is standard. We add your neck labels, size labels, swing tags and branded polybags, and nothing from Pexton appears on the garment.
What is the difference between sublimation and screen printing?
Sublimation dyes the design into polyester fabric, so it allows unlimited colours and never cracks or peels. Screen printing lays ink on top of the fabric and suits bold logos in a few colours. Most modern team jerseys are sublimated.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We make a physical sample of your exact design in 8–10 days. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.
Do you ship to the USA, UK and Europe with duties paid?
Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by express courier. Your quote includes import duties, so nothing extra is charged on delivery.
