What OEM Means

Your Design. Our Production Line.

With OEM clothing manufacturing, you own the design and we engineer it to spec, from fit and fabric to trims and finishing. It is built for established labels and design-led startups that need a cut-and-sew partner who follows the tech pack precisely. Prefer to start from a proven base style? Our private label clothing programme gets you to market faster.

What to Send Us

What a Production-Ready Tech Pack Includes

A complete tech pack means a faster first sample, fewer revision rounds and tighter bulk consistency. Missing details? Our development team will close the gaps with you, or you can start from our free tech pack template.

Measurements & Size Spec

Points of measure for your base size, a grading table for every size and the tolerance you accept.

Fabric & Weight

Composition, GSM and finish, such as 80/20 cotton-poly fleece at 350 GSM or 4-way stretch nylon-spandex at 240 GSM.

Colours

Pantone (TCX/TPX) references for the fabric, trims and artwork so lab dips can be matched.

Artwork & Placement

Vector files with size and position for every print or embroidery, plus the decoration method you want.

Trims & Hardware

Zips, drawcords, eyelets, elastic, buttons and thread colour, with brand or quality notes where they matter.

Labels & Packaging

Neck, care and size labels, swing tags, polybag and carton instructions, including any barcodes.

What We Need to Price an OEM Order Accurately

An OEM quote is built from your specification, not from a catalogue price. The closer your brief is to a production spec, the fewer revisions there are between the quote, the sample and bulk production.

Send us what you have

  • Tech pack or spec sheet with the measurement chart (points of measure) and grading for each size
  • Fabric: composition, GSM, knit or weave, and colour references (Pantone code or a physical swatch)
  • Construction: stitch types (overlock, flatlock, coverstitch), seam finishes, hems, linings and any bonding or taping
  • Trims and branding: zips, drawcords, eyelets, labels, decoration method and placement, with artwork files
  • Quantity per design and the size breakdown you expect
  • Destination country and the date you need the goods delivered
  • Your target unit cost, if you have one, so we can show where the spec can move without changing the look

What moves your price and timeline

  • Fabric type and GSM drive most of the unit cost; technical or unusual fabrics can need extra sourcing time
  • Panel count and construction (pockets, linings, extra seams) add sewing time to every piece
  • Each extra print colour, embroidery position or wash is another production step to price and check
  • Changes after sample approval move the approval point; bulk production runs about 14–16 days from your written sign-off

No complete tech pack? Send a reference garment, photos or a sketch with the measurements you know, and we will build the spec with you during sampling. You can also start from our free tech pack template. We work from 30 pieces per design; if a target price and a specification do not fit together, we tell you which trade-offs exist instead of quietly changing the product.

FAQ

OEM Manufacturing Questions

What is the minimum order for OEM clothing?

30 pieces per design, with sizes mixed. For larger runs we can produce 3,000–5,000 pieces per month. See wholesale sportswear manufacturing.

What is the difference between OEM and private label?

In OEM you supply the design and specifications and we manufacture them exactly. In private label you start from one of our existing styles and customise it with your branding. Both carry your labels and packaging.

Do I need a complete tech pack?

A complete tech pack gives the fastest and most accurate sample. If yours is missing measurements, fabric details or artwork placement, we will work through them with you before sampling.

How long does OEM production take?

A proto sample takes 8–10 days. After you approve it, bulk production typically takes 14–16 days, followed by express shipping. Complex garments or extra sample rounds can add time, and we will tell you upfront.

Can you source specific fabrics and trims?

Yes. We source fabric to your composition, weight and Pantone colours, and trims such as zips, drawcords and elastics to your specification. If a branded trim is required, tell us in your tech pack.

How do you make sure the bulk matches my sample?

Bulk is produced against your approved sample and size spec. We check fabric before cutting, inspect during sewing, measure finished pieces and do a final check before packing. You can also book a third-party inspection.

Will my designs stay confidential?

Yes. Your tech packs, patterns and artwork are used only for your orders. They are never shared with other clients or shown in our catalogue.

How do I start an OEM order?

Send your tech pack through our quote form or on WhatsApp at +92 311 7644607, with quantities per design. We reply within 24 hours with questions, a price and the sampling timeline.
