Quotes and pricing
What should I send for a quote?
A design, tech pack, sketch or reference photos; the quantity per design; the sizes; your preferred fabric if you have one; decoration and label needs; and the delivery country. The more complete the brief, the more exact the quote.
How fast will I get a quote?
Within 24 hours, together with a free digital mock-up.
What affects the price?
Fabric type and weight, garment complexity (panels, zips, pockets), the number of decoration methods, the size spread, quantity, labels and packaging, and the delivery country.
Do you publish a price list?
No fixed price list. Every order is quoted from its own spec, because two hoodies can differ by fabric, decoration and trims. Our price guide explains what drives cost.
MOQ and order size
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
30 pieces per design.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed within the 30 pieces of each design.
Do you work with startups and new brands?
Yes. The 30-piece MOQ, OEM and private label services and product development are set up for new labels testing their first styles.
Can you handle larger wholesale orders?
Yes. Lead time for larger orders is confirmed per order.

Can you work from my tech pack?
Yes. You can also send a sketch or a reference garment; no tech pack yet? Our team helps you build one, or use our free tech pack template.
How does sample approval work?
You check fit, fabric, colour and decoration, send your comments, and approve in writing before bulk production starts.
Production and quality
How long does bulk production take?
About 14–16 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and customisation. Timelines are confirmed per order.
How do you check quality?
Six stages: fabric inspection, pattern verification, cutting inspection, stitching check, final measurements against your size chart, and a packing audit. See quality assurance.
Can I send my own inspector?
Yes. SGS, Intertek, QIMA or any inspector you choose is welcome before dispatch.
