Pexton Apparel manufactures custom rain jackets for outdoor, workwear, and lifestyle apparel brands across the USA and UK. Built from fully waterproof polyester or nylon shells with taped, sealed seams and a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating, our rain jackets are engineered to keep wearers dry in heavy rain and wet working conditions — while remaining lightweight and packable for travel, hiking, and everyday outdoor use. This combination of waterproofing and comfort makes them ideal for outdoor gear brands, safety workwear labels, and rainwear-focused fashion lines alike.
As a private-label rain jacket manufacturer, we support full brand customization — embroidered and heat-transfer logos, custom lining colors, reflective safety trims, and branded zip pulls or hangtags. Available in hooded and non-hooded styles, full-zip or storm-flap front closures, adjustable hood and hem drawcords, and underarm ventilation zips for breathability during active wear. Fabric weight, waterproof rating (mm), and lining (mesh or fleece) can all be tailored to your brand’s target climate — from lightweight packable shells to heavier insulated rain jackets for cold, wet seasons. With a minimum order quantity of just 50 pieces per style/colorway, we support both new outdoor brands testing designs and established labels scaling to bulk production.
Every rain jacket order is manufactured in-house at our Sialkot facility, covering tech pack development, CAD pattern grading, fabric sourcing, and 4-stage AQL 2.5 quality inspection with no subcontracting. Sample development takes 10-12 days, bulk production 15-20 days, with FOB, CIF, or DDP shipping options to major ports across the USA and UK, backed by full export documentation for smooth customs clearance.
