Shipping

We ship worldwide with door-to-door delivery. For most countries — including the USA, UK and Europe — we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means import duties and customs clearance are arranged by us and included in your quotation, with no surprise charges on delivery. DDP is currently not available for Australia, New Zealand and Canada — orders to these countries are shipped door-to-door, with import duties and taxes paid by the buyer on arrival.

  • Air freight / express courier: fastest option, ideal for samples and small to medium orders.
  • Sea freight: cost-effective for large orders.

The shipping method, cost and estimated transit time are confirmed in your quotation. Once your order ships we share the tracking details.

Production Timeline

  • Samples: typically 5–10 days depending on the item.
  • Bulk production: typically 10–12 days after sample approval.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

DDP orders: import duties and customs clearance are included in your quoted price. Non-DDP orders (including Australia, New Zealand and Canada, where DDP is not available): import duties, VAT/sales tax and customs fees in your country are paid by the buyer. Your quotation always states which applies. EU buyers may benefit from reduced duties on many products under Pakistan’s GSP+ status, subject to the applicable rules.

Returns

All our products are made to order with your custom designs, sizes and branding, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered or design choices you approved.

Defects and Shortages

If you receive defective items or a shortage, please contact us in writing with photos and your order details as soon as possible after delivery. After verification we will offer a repair, replacement or credit for the affected items, as agreed in your order confirmation.

Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and inform both the courier and us immediately so we can help with the claim.
