Pattern Making and Cutting

Patterns are laser cut and graded for every size, then fabric is marked and cut in layers so every piece in a size matches. A clear tech pack makes this step faster.

Sublimation Printing

Designs are printed on large format sublimation printers and heat transferred into the fabric, so colours do not crack, peel or fade. See our sublimated sportswear guide.

How to Check a Manufacturer Before Your First Order

Photos show the factory; what protects your order is being able to check the work yourself. These are the checks open to every buyer at Pexton Apparel, before and during production.

What you can verify

  • A physical pre-production sample in about 8–10 days, approved in writing before bulk starts
  • Independent inspection before shipment through SGS, Intertek, QIMA or your own inspector
  • Our address: Stadium Road, Habibpura, Daska, Sialkot, Pakistan
  • Reviews from buyers on our Google profile, including client photos of delivered orders
  • A start of 30 pieces per design, so a first order can be a real test rather than a large commitment

How you stay informed during production

  • Photo and video updates of your order at key stages such as cutting, printing, stitching and packing
  • One contact on WhatsApp and email from quote to dispatch
  • Measurements and finishing checked against the approved sample before packing
  • Our quality assurance process sets out each check from fabric to carton
