Pexton Apparel is a cut and sew clothing manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan. We turn your design or tech pack into finished garments in our own factory: pattern, grading, cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing and packing. We work for clothing brands, streetwear and sportswear labels, startups and teamwear businesses in the USA, the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. MOQ is 30 pieces per design with sizes mixed.
What cut and sew means
A cut and sew garment is made from scratch: the fabric is cut from your own pattern and sewn into your design. That is different from printing your logo on a ready-made blank. You control the fit, fabric, colour, construction and labels. Read cut and sew vs blank customisation.

Shipping
We ship delivered duty paid (DDP) to the USA, the UK, Ireland and most of Europe, and door to door to Australia and New Zealand (import duties paid by the buyer). DDP to Canada is available on request. See DDP shipping.

Do I need a tech pack?
No. Sketches or a reference garment are enough to quote and sample. A tech pack makes reorders consistent.
Can you copy the fit of a garment I already have?
Yes. Send the garment or its measurements, and we match the fit in the sample.
