Decoration: sublimation or tackle twill
Most of our basketball orders are fully sublimated. The design is printed into the fabric, so colours, names and numbers do not crack, peel or fade, and complex patterns print as easily as plain colours. Tackle twill (stitched cloth numbers) gives a classic collegiate look and is heavier and more expensive. Embroidery is used for small crests and sponsor logos. Names, numbers and roster packing
Send us your roster as a spreadsheet with name, number and size for each player. Every jersey is printed or stitched to that list, checked against it, and packed per player so the coach can hand out kits straight from the box. Fabrics and fit
Game jerseys usually use lightweight polyester mesh or interlock for breathability and quick drying. Shorts use the same fabric or a heavier double-knit for structure.
