Shipping & Duties to the USA
Most US customers choose DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means the price we quote already includes freight, import duties and customs clearance – your order is delivered to your warehouse, 3PL or home address without extra charges on arrival.
We offer express air courier for samples and smaller runs, and sea or air freight for larger orders. The delivery time is confirmed with your quotation. Prefer to use your own forwarder? We can ship on FOB terms as well.

Do you ship DDP to the USA?
Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door to addresses across the United States. Import duties and customs clearance are included in your quoted price, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
What is your minimum order for US brands?
Our MOQ starts from 30 pieces per design, which you can split across sizes. It is ideal for testing new products or launching a small first collection.
How long does it take to receive my order in the USA?
Samples typically take 5–10 days depending on the item, and bulk production takes 10–12 days after you approve the sample. Shipping time depends on the method (express air or freight) and is confirmed in your quote.
Can you make US-compliant care and content labels?
Yes. We can produce woven or printed labels showing fibre content, country of origin and care instructions, plus your brand label, size labels and hang tags. If you have an RN number, we can add it.
How can I pay from the USA?
You can pay in USD by bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram or Remitly.
