How Custom Towels Are Made
- Artwork check: we size your design to the towel and send a digital mock-up.
- Printing: the design is printed onto transfer paper and heat-pressed into the polyester face of the towel.
- Cutting and hemming: each towel is cut to size and the edges are hemmed so they do not fray.
- Finishing: hanging loops, woven labels and packaging are added, then every towel is checked.
Towels wash best at 30–40°C without fabric softener, which keeps microfibre soft and the print bright. We can print care instructions on a label or insert card.
