What to send us, what happens next and how long each step takes.
Send us your design or a catalogue code, the quantity, sizes and delivery country. We reply within 24 hours with a free mockup and quote. After you approve, we make a physical sample in 8–10 days, then run bulk production in 10–12 days for sportswear (14–16 days for other items) after sample approval and ship to your door.
What to send us
- The product: a tech pack, sketch, reference photo or a code from our 2026 catalogue, for example PX-59122
- Quantity: pieces per design (minimum 30) and your size split
- Customisation: fabric or GSM, colours, logo positions, decoration method, labels and packaging
- Delivery: your country and target delivery date

The order process, step by step

Using catalogue codes
Every design in the Pexton catalogue has a PX code. Send the codes you like with your quantities, and say what you want to change: colours, logo, fabric or fit. The code tells our team exactly which design you mean, so your quote comes back faster.

Do I need a tech pack to order?
No. A sketch, reference photo or catalogue code is enough to start. We help you define the details.
Can I order a sample before bulk?
Yes. Every order starts with a physical sample for your approval, and 50% of the sample fee is credited to your bulk order.
How long does the whole order take?
Usually about 8–10 days for the sample, then 10–12 days for sportswear (14–16 days for other items) for bulk after approval, plus shipping time to your country.
Can I order several designs at once?
Yes. Each design needs at least 30 pieces, and different designs can be produced in the same order.
