Everything for Your Fitness Line
Each category opens our full range. Every style can be changed: fabric, fit, colour, print, logo placement and labels.
Made to Move, Made for Your Brand
Activewear is judged in the gym, not on the hanger. These are the details we get right on the sample.
Low Minimums
30 pieces per design with sizes mixed, so a new line can launch with a full size run.
Stretch Fabrics
Polyester-spandex and nylon-spandex knits that stretch, recover and dry quickly.
Comfortable Seams
Flatlock and cover-stitch seams lie flat against the skin, so they do not rub during training.
Logos That Last
Heat-applied logos, DTF, sublimation and embroidery chosen to suit each fabric and stretch.
Your Brand on Every Detail
Neck labels or printed tags, hang tags and polybags in your branding.
Duties-Paid Delivery
DDP shipping to the USA, UK, Ireland and the EU, so your stock arrives with no surprise import bills.
Activewear Fabrics & Weights
Typical choices by product. Tell us how the piece will be used, such as lifting, running or yoga, and we will match the fabric on your sample.
| Fabric | Typical weight | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Nylon-spandex | 220–300 GSM | Leggings, sports bras, yoga wear |
| Polyester-spandex | 180–240 GSM | Compression tops, shorts, training sets |
| Lightweight polyester knit | 120–160 GSM | Running tops, training tees, vests |
| Four-way stretch woven | Lightweight woven | Gym shorts, joggers, training trousers |
| Cotton-blend fleece | 300–350 GSM | Training hoodies, sweatpants, warm-ups |
Branding That Moves With You
The right method depends on the fabric. Stretch fabrics need logos that bend without cracking.

What Changes the Price of Activewear
Two pairs of leggings that look alike can be priced very differently. These are the factors every quote is built on.
| Factor | Why it changes the price |
|---|---|
| Fabric type | Nylon-spandex usually costs more than polyester-spandex |
| Fabric weight | Denser, more opaque knits use more yarn per piece |
| Construction | Pockets, gussets, panels and linings add cutting and sewing time |
| Support features | Sports bras with pads, moulded cups or adjustable straps take extra parts and steps |
| Logo method | Heat-applied, DTF, printed and embroidered logos each have their own set-up and cost |
| Print coverage | All-over sublimation is one process; placed prints are priced by size and position |
| Labels and packaging | Printed tags, hang tags and individual polybags each add a small cost |
| Quantity | Larger runs spread sampling and set-up work across more pieces |
For an exact quote, send your tech pack or reference photos, the quantity per design and colour, your fabric preference, logo files, label needs and the delivery country. Get a free quote and we reply within 24 hours.

Custom Activewear Questions
What is your minimum order for custom activewear?
30 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that quantity, so a new line can launch with a full size run.
Which fabric is best for leggings?
Most leggings use nylon-spandex or polyester-spandex. Nylon-spandex feels softer and smoother, while polyester-spandex is often chosen for sublimated prints. A denser knit gives more coverage when squatting, which we check on your sample.
Can activewear be sublimated?
Yes, on polyester-based fabrics. Sublimation dyes the design into the fabric, so it does not crack when it stretches. Nylon fabrics are usually decorated with heat-applied or DTF logos instead.
How long does an activewear order take?
A physical sample is ready in 8–10 days. Bulk production typically takes 10–12 days after you approve the sample, followed by express shipping.
Can you add my own labels and packaging?
Yes. We can add neck labels or printed tags, hang tags and polybags in your branding, so the products arrive ready to sell.
Do you ship activewear orders internationally?
Yes. We ship DDP express to the USA, UK, Ireland and the EU, door to door to Australia and New Zealand, and DDP to Canada on request.
Will I get updates during production?
Yes. We send photos and videos during sampling and production, so you can see your order at each stage before it ships.
Can I send my own inspector before shipment?
Yes. You can book a third-party inspection company, such as SGS, Intertek or QIMA, to check your order before it ships.
